Tyra Banks is ending her talk show program but did she leave it with plastic surgery.  She has had nose surgery in the past but it’s also believed that she’s had eye surgery and lip surgery in the past.  She said about leaving her show, “This will be the last season of ‘The Tyra Show.’ I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years.  My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are.”  What do you think?

Keira Knightley is only 24 years old and is already a household names as she has featured in many big film such as Pirates of the Carribean, Love Actually, Atonement and Pride and Prejudice.  She is one of the most popular actresses in Hollywood but was it thanks to some cosmetic surgery.  It looks like she’s had nose surgery and maybe some lip surgery.  She has a very very slim figure so won’t be needing any weight loss surgery in the future such as a tummy tuck or liposuction.

Jay-Z is one of the greatest artists of all time and has just released his new album The Blueprint 3.  The album has produced lots of hits already but has Jay-Z had some help from plastic surgery.  In earlier pictures of the rapper when his career has just beginning his nose was very wide and had a large tip but now it seems that his nose has been reduced in size.  The change is very subtle but it could be due to nose surgery.  Also maybe he has had other plastic surgery in the past.  He isn’t slim but isn’t classed as overweight so he maybe have had a tummy tuck or liposuction.  What do you think?

Lil Kim is famous for being a rapper but recently she has had nose surgery revision after her first nose surgery operation didn’t go very well.  Lil Kim has had a lot of plastic surgery in the past including a breast enlargement, facial surgery, nose surgery, lip surger, cheek implants and fillers. Now she’s had the corrective surgery she looks a lot better.  She has a very small build so won’t be needing tummy tuck or liposuction.
