Rhinoplasty, Breast Reduction & Chin Augmentation Most Popular Cosmetic Surgery Among Under 18’s
A recent survey into plastic surgery trends has revealed the most popular procedures for under 18’s. Rhinoplasty (nose surgey) is the most popular, followed by breast reduction on both girls and boys who suffer from gynecomastia (male breast development). Chin augmentation is the third most popular cosmetic surgery procedure.
Most UK cosmetic surgery clinics will not perform surgery such as breast enlargement, tummy tuck, liposuction and gastric band on under 18’s unless it is for medical rather than elective reasons.

Surely it is too soon to have plastic surgery, their bodies hae not finished growing. They are bound to have puppy fat for instance.
