Liposuction, Heidi’s Husband To Follow In Her Footsteps? Plastic Surgery,
Heidi Montag’s supposed addiction to plastic surgery has been extremely well documented, and it seems that her husband might be catching the cosmetic surgery bug too.
Spencer Pratt is rumoured to be considering surgery himself in the form of chest implants, liposuction and rhinoplasty. It is unknown whether this is Heidi’s idea or his own.
The question remains whether he will get numerous surgical procedures in one day like his wife and if so what else might he get done. He clearly is not a candidate for a gastric band or tummy tuck but anything else could be on the cards.

After seeing the amount of publicity that his wife got for her surgery he is probably keen to do the same.
He might not even be considering it, this could be a way of extending Montag’s publicity even longer.
He doesn’t look like he needs chest implants in that picture, or liposuction for that matter.
