Liposuction, Chin Implant For Madonna? Breast Augmentation,
Madonna is suspected to have had much cosmetic surgery over the years, but now it seems she has gone for a further procedure.
Her recent appearance in Brazil has sparked rumours of a chin implant but why she would have had this procedure is unclear. She did not have an overtly small chin and such an operation would seem as inapropriate as a tummy tuck or gastric band.
There is as yet no official word from Madonna on whether these rumours are true.

She does look a little strange but it could just be the lighting or something.
I dont really understand why she would get that done?
She does not seem a likely candidate for a chin implant. She looked ok before especially considering her age.
