Gastric Band, Cosmetic Surgery – Couple get gastric bands
A couple from Somerset have both had gastric band surgery at the same time. The couple used to have a combined weight of about 35 stone but since having the surgery they have lost 11 stone between them in the last 18 months. Paula and Peter O’Keefe both had the surgery after Peter announced he wanted a gastric band and Paula didn’t want him to get slim with her still staying fat.
It’s a really nice thing to have surgery together. It means you have someone to support you.
