Cosmetic Surgey, Plastic Surgery More Accepted, Liposuction.
A recent survey has revealed that plastic surgery is no longer a taboo and that people are happy to reveal they have had work.
The survey released by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery reveals that 71 per cent of respondents stated that they thought society has become more accepting of cosmetic surgery than five years ago. The most accepted surgical treatments are breast enlargments at 42.4 per cent, face lifts at 32.2 per cent and tummy tucks at 32.1 per cent. 61.9 per cent supported laser hair removal and 61.6 per cent where ok with Botox. We do not have figures for tummy tucks or gastric bands.
52 per cent of those surveyed said they would tell family about surgery.

Well i think it has become far more accepted. I think if money was not a factor huge amounts of people would have surgery
The number of celebrities that talk about their surgery has probably made a huge difference.
The more people that i know have had surgery the less worried i am about getting something done myself.
