When the film Twilight came out it was a instant hit and the film has gathered millions of fans. However some of the most devoted fans to the film are even having cosmetic surgery to look like the stars of the film. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart player the main characters in the film and fans are trying to look like them. Fans are having tummy tuck, liposuction, gastric band, breast enlargement and nose surgery to look like them.
