Cosmetic Surgery, Plastic Surgery – Koreans are hoping surgery will get them jobs
All over the world everyone is feeling the effect of the credit crunch and in Korea people are turning to cosmetic surgery to help them to get jobs. A recent survery had been done on 609 Korean jobseekers and 44% said that they felt as though they were missing out on getting jobs or promotions because of their appearance. Because of this its meant that during September and October which is the prime job hunting time, the amount of people having surgery is increasing by 20-30% each year. Depending on the person they may be having surgery such as tummy tuck, liposuction. gastric band, nose surgery or breast enlargement.

Its true that if you look good then you are more likely to get a job over someone who doesn’t.
Having cosmetic surgery does mean you have a better chance of getting a job but if everyone has surgery then it doesn’t matter.
If it keeps increasing soon everyone will be having surgery.
