One of the most popular shows on TV at the moment is the Real Housewives series which real American housewives. However lots of them have had cosmetic surgery and Kim Zolciak who is a housewife in Atlanta has recently confirmed her cosmetic surgery history. From looking at her you can see that her breasts have been enlarged and she has also said that she is planning to have a tummy tuck and nose surgery after giving birth to her child. She may also want to have some liposuction to help lose the fat after giving birth.
