Rachael Ray is an American TV personality and is also a chef and author. She is very popular and has many catchphrase but at the age of 41 has she had cosmetic surgery? She recently had a week of and is rumoured to have had a brow lift in that time. However when asked about is she said “If I were to have the week off, you think I’d spend it under the knife?”.
