Gary Shandling is an American comedian, actor and writer. He is going to appear in the new Iron Man film but has he had cosmetic surgery. From recently pictures his neck look a lot different which make you think that he’s had a neck lift. However his face still looks the same so he hasn’t had any facial surgery. Gary has also put on a bit more weight so he may need liposuction, tummy tuck or gastric band. What do you think?
