Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is the highest-ranking female in American political history, and it may be that she has had a facelift.
Despite not having an overly tweaked appearance, some have suggested that 69-year old Speaker Nancy Pelosi does look so good for her age that it may be down to surgery, or at least injections. Rumours surround purely her facial appearance and no claims have been made about the rest of her body, such as liposuction, tummy tuck, or gastric band.
There has been no confirmation of this by Pelosi or her people.

Whoa! Judging by that picture i would say she definately has had surgery!
She definately has had surgery yes, but she does look good for nearly 70!
I think this picture is a particularly bad representation of her, in other images she does look better.
