Penelope Cruz is a Spanish actress who is famous for her roles in films such as Blow, Vanilla Sky and Nine. She is now 35-years old and is still looking very young and fresh which may be thanks to some plastic surgery. It doesn’t look like she’s had any major operations done but might have some botox and some fillers. She has an amazing figure so she won’t have had any weight loss surgery such as tummy tuck, liposuction or gastric band.

I think as well as botox she’s had a breast enlargement.
I’d be very pleased if I looked that good at the age of 35.
