Cosmetic Surgery, Gastric Band – Nightclub fire victims will get free surgery
The victims of a fire in a Russain nightclub have been told by Russia minister of health that they can all have free plastic surgery to help heal their burns. The fire started because of a firework display that went wrong and over 100 people died and over 120 people suffered injuries. The sort of procedures they will require are more likely to be skin grafts rather than tummy tuck, liposuction or gastric band.

I think it’s only fiar that they get offered free surgery to help them get over their injuries.
It seems strange that they had a firework display inside. The risks of a fire were quite high.
It’s good that they are offered free plastic surgery but it will mean that taxes will increase.
