Can you still breast feed after having a breast enlargement or breast augmentation?

Celeb Mom to be Kourtney Kardashian expressed her wish to breast-feed despite having breast implants, she said in a recent interview that  “They say usually you can [breast-feed with implants]. I want to.”

New York plastic surgeon Dr.Shafer says, “Women with breast implants can still breast feed. The implants are placed under the breast and most of the time under the muscle as well. So the glands and ducts are still intact.”
