Just to confirm my trip was a great success to date.  I will be posting the key today for the apartment back to you in the prepaid envelope that was provided.  Big thank you to Mavis and yourself for assisting me to organise this trip.
 
I was extremely happy with the service I was provided with from the Clinic.  They were extremely professional and attentive. 
I was completely satisfied with the surgery and my surgeon Dr Pulze did a marvellous job on reconstructing my breasts with the reduction.  I cannot describe in words how happy I was with the whole procedure and Dr Pulze expertise.  The nurses who looked after me worked very hard and were very sensitive to my needs.  They were marvellous.  
 
Susanna was very helpful and I was impressed that she would come and visit or ring me to see how I was doing and that I was happy with everything.  Translating any missed communications as I did have a lot of questions and I do have a very inquisitive mind.  Nothing seemed to phase her and she seemed genuinely interested in getting things right and my welfare.
 
Excellent service throughout and I felt they were all very genuinely trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible and they appeared to care, which I find now a days very refreshing.
 
I had a very positive experience, which was also a very large learning curve for me and I learnt so much from the experience, that no amount of research or questions can answer.  I had fears about the surgery, hospital, pain and the unknown which is understandable.   I will definite be recommending your services and this clinic to any of my friends thst express an interest or anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery.
 
I was very satisfied with the apartment, it was clean, comfortable and spacious.  The taxi service was excellent and always turned up on time with very professional drivers.  There were no hiccups and everything ran to plan from start to finish.
 
Please pass on my comments to all those that I have mentioned and any others who looked after me, particularly the nurses and the night nurse at the clinic, that attended to my every need.
