We understand that this is an important decision. With this in mind we have made arrangments with the clinic in Prague for it to offer you a free initial consultation without obligation. Please email us for a medical and client questionnaire and send us photographs of the procedural areas by e-mail. You may also download, print and fill our questionnaire and send it back to us with photographs of the procedural areas (questionnaires are stored in a PDF document format - you may need to download and install Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader to view PDF documents). We send the questionnaires and / or photographs to the cosmetic surgery clinic for their suggestions. We will then forward their suggestion to you.

Once you have decided which cosmetic procedure you would like to have please let us know when you would like us to make arrangements with the clinic on your behalf.

Once you arrive in Prague you will be taken to your accommodation. You will have time to settle in and feel comfortable. The next day you will be given an appointment at the clinic and they will give you the appropriate pre-op tests to ensure that you are fit enough to undergo the procedure you have chosen.
